Data Deletion Instructions
Facebook Integration Data
If you have connected your Facebook account to DashGrade and wish to delete the data we have collected through the Facebook integration, please follow these steps:
What Data We Collect from Facebook
When you connect your Facebook account to DashGrade, we collect and store:
- Facebook Page information (page name, page ID)
- Page insights and analytics data (followers, reach, engagement metrics)
- Post performance data (likes, comments, shares, impressions)
- Access tokens required for the integration
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion
- Log into your DashGrade account
- Go to the Integrations page
- Find the Facebook integration
- Click “Disconnect” to remove the integration and delete associated data
Option 2: Contact Support If you need assistance or want to ensure complete data deletion, contact us at:
- Email: support@dashgrade.com
- Subject Line: “Facebook Data Deletion Request”
- Include: Your account email and Facebook Page name(s) connected
Data Deletion Process
When you disconnect your Facebook integration or request data deletion:
- Immediate Actions:
- Facebook access tokens are revoked and deleted
- Connection to your Facebook account is terminated
- Within 30 days:
- All Facebook insights data is permanently deleted from our databases
- All Facebook post data is permanently deleted
- Page information and analytics are removed from our systems
- Backup data is purged from our systems
Data Retention
- Active Integration: Data is retained while your Facebook integration is active to provide dashboard analytics
- After Disconnection: All Facebook data is deleted within 30 days
- Account Deletion: If you delete your entire DashGrade account, all data including Facebook integration data is deleted within 30 days
Verification
After requesting data deletion, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours acknowledging your request and confirming the deletion timeline.
