You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service in a manner that violates any third-party API terms (e.g., Facebook, Google)
Interfere with security-related features or attempt to gain unauthorized access
Collect or store data about other users without their consent
Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

4. Integrations and APIs

By connecting third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, WooCommerce, Mailchimp), you grant us access to the necessary data to perform the functions you authorize. You acknowledge and agree that:

You have proper authorization to access and share data from these platforms
Your use of connected integrations must comply with their respective policies
We are not responsible for third-party service outages or data inaccuracies

Platform Compliance

We comply with platform-specific terms including:

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
Pricing and billing terms are outlined at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may change our fees upon prior notice. Continued use after fee changes implies acceptance.

6. Data Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. However, you grant us a limited license to access, use, process, and display that data for the purposes of providing the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Upon termination:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Bandit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Media Bandit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights (e.g., API terms, intellectual property)

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature thereof) at any time without liability.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
